varying from 7 days to 1 month based on your preference. Large orders need 5–21 working
days for production and materials, 1–3 days for testing, and 1 day for packing, totaling 7–25
days without shipping.

1. As established clients, you’ll be offered new products with orders to assess market potential
and gain regional reselling rights, lower fees on small orders, and help with custom logo
promotional visuals.
Q7. How long is warranty for the cable, and if defective or faulty, how to protection your benifits?
A: Our cables are warranted for 12–36 months. For bulk orders, we provide 0.3%–0.5%
additional units for defects. If you get over 5 faulty units (below 0.1%), notify sales with
photos, and we’ll replace or refund.
